All online sales are final. We photograph our rugs in natural light without the use of filters. Rugs may look different based on your screen settings or home lighting. We are always happy to provide additional photos or videos upon request, so that you can feel confident about your purchase. In-store purchases should be returned to the location it was purchased from. Returns will be credited using the original method of payment.

Orders will ship out between 1 and 5 days after purchase. If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately. You will be contacted with confirmation, tracking number, and expected delivery time for your rug.

Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping across Canada on all rugs via UPS or Fedex.

** Rug Pads will incur a shipping fee based on size. Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
